Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Willo, and choose Cancel or update your plan. No questions asked.
Try closing and reopening the Willo App. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. If it still does not work, email us with details of the issue and we will help you sort it out.
You can delete your account directly in the Willo App. Open the app, tap Profile in the menu bar, and choose Delete Account. All associated data will be removed.
Most features work offline once installed. Ask Willo (the AI assistant) needs an internet connection to send and receive replies. Sleep sounds, phase content, the Memory Book, and daily guidance all work offline.
