1. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Willo, and choose "Cancel" or update your plan.
2. The app isn’t working correctly, what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. If it still doesn’t work, email us with details of the issue.
3. How can I delete my Willo account?
You can delete your account directly in the app. Open Willo → In the menu bar click Profile → Delete Account.
4. Does Willo work without an internet connection?
Some features (like sounds already downloaded) can work offline, but syncing and updates require an internet connection.
